applications for the 2018 Youth Rally

WHEN? July 16th-21st (all volunteers will need to arrive on the 14th for on-site orientation). WHERE? University of Colorado at Boulder, CO. WHAT DOES IT COST? See the bottom of this page. IS SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE? Yes, travel and registration sponsorship is available for all Campers – there is a full page within the application Health Profile dedicated to your individual sponsorship needs. Youth Rally encourages ALL participants to fund-raise for themselves (or others). FirstGiving is a great way to do just that! ADDITIONAL DETAILS Will be provided upon approval of your completed application. MINIMUM AGE TO APPLY? All Campers should be age 11 at the time of camp. Likewise, there is a minimum age of 19 to be considered as one of our adult volunteers.

Notification of Counselor Application Acceptance will go out electronically on (or before) April 15th, 2018.

Important Dates:

June 1st: Camper & Nurse Applications are due

June 1st: All registration balances are due

June 1st: Orders for, and payment of, any additional 2018 Youth Rally Gear (add-ons through your CampDoc Health Profile) are due.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST??

There are two costs associated with Youth Rally Participation:

Registration. Registration cost for all participants (including our volunteers) is $425. We ask for $75 upfront with your application to hold your spot, but also to help us with early costs associated with planning such a grand event. Registration costs cover all room/board, meals, activities, and transportation throughout the week. The Youth Rally encourages individual fundraising and sponsorship is available for ALL campers who need it!
Travel. This refers to the cost it takes to get the participant to our location each year – that varies for everyone! Again, the Youth Rally encourages individual fundraising and sponsorship is available for ALL campers who need it!
